Business training 4 mornings.
One week practical with a franchisee.
The initial training includes: -Business skills - Sales, marketing, client service, very basic book keeping
-Presenting classes - Adult basic education, group dynamics, course contents

• Advertising:
An initial advertising pack

• National advertising in at least 1 baby magazine

• Ongoing support
In addition to your up front fee your monthly fee is used for ongoing National advertising, internal training and support by means of:
-Ongoing telephonic support,
-Training and updates in our internal e-mail called "EDU NEWS"
-National advertising in the form of "Your Baby".
-Updates of manuals
