Training In terms of the domestic worker courses we find a mixture of literate and illiterate delegates, some with little or no formal background and others who have already matriculated.
The courses are predominantly filled with delegates already employed in a home environment. These delegates are registered and paid for by their respective employers. On occasion we do have unemployed clients who register for courses in order to better their chances of finding permanent employment.
All our courses have been re-aligned for accreditation and recognized with the appropriate body Services S.E.T.A. (S.A.Q.A.). This means a great deal to us as a company and enables us to issue certificates of competence once registered and we are recognized on a national level. In order to qualify for national accreditation our course material is evaluated according to very strict controls. Presenters will also be evaluated and are expected to upgrade their skills.
The franchisors are also accredited as SAQA assessors and moderator. Our Training and Placements are now recognised on National Level.
