COOKING AND BAKING


The Cooking and Baking course is designed to accommodate delegates with either little or no cooking and baking skills, giving many meal variations. 

Domestic workers learn the basics of cooking and baking in 4 easy to follow sessions of approximately 3 hours each.

Each delegate is given a recipe book. Our recipe book best suited for illiterate delegates, to suit even the most illiterate delegate.

Specialised cooking: Healthy, Allergen Free Low GI cooking for the whole family, this course has also a DVD for orientation for the family and information on ingredients used, you are also welcome to visit our on-line shop to purchase the Ingredients if not available in your area at market related prices.
