Terms & Conditions The EDU BABE ® Franchise owner nor anyone connected to EDU BABE ®, will accept any liability for claims arising from any accident or injury to delegates attending classes. I waive and abandon any claim that may at any time arise as aforesaid; both in my personal capacity as employer/guardian/parent and I expressly indemnify the branch owner/staff against any such claim that may arise. Towards the end of the course, you will be handed an evaluation that you need to please complete and return to the branch owner, together with any outstanding payments. Certificates will not be issued to clients who have outstanding evaluations or payments. ^ ~ ^ No other person than the student attending this course, is permitted to study from the notes. No person is permitted to use the business idea and notes to set up and run a course without the written permission of Edu Babe® Head Office. ^ ~ ^ Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will be levied on all courses cancelled or postponed within 1 calendar week of the starting date and that a 100% cancellation fee will be levied on courses cancelled or postponed within 24 hours of the commencement time. ^ ~ ^ |
